If you need to cancel an order for any reason within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our offices at (336) 829-5052 OR email us at info@twincitymedicalsupply.com and our friendly staff will accommodate your cancellation with a full refund. If you need to cancel after 48 hours of placing the order, a $10 convenience fee will be charged for the cancellation.
Need to return your product? We're here to help! We offer hassle-free returns for undamaged products purchased within 30 days. You may return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
For a limited time only, we will issue an 100% refund on all orders that are not delivered within 48 hours (tax not included).
